Apprentice Pillar

9th January 2012

The Rosslyn Chapel congregation will once again be able to enjoy the sound of the Chapel Bells ringing after church this year.

The Chapel has two bells, installed in the year 2000 to mark the Millenium.  Recently it was decided to replace the ropes, and two new bell ropes were sourced from Ellis Ropes Ltd in Leicestershire.

The Bells can usually be heard after wedding services and at Christmas, although they are used at other significant times throughout the year.
